These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pono Hoof Care website and your engagement with our farrier services. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Services

Pono Hoof Care provides professional farrier services including hoof trimming, horseshoeing, and corrective and therapeutic hoof care. All services are performed by appointment. Pono Hoof Care reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at its discretion.

Appointments and Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings. Please have your horse caught, haltered, and ready at the scheduled appointment time.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your horse is safe to handle and that the work area is clean, dry, level, and free from hazards. Pono Hoof Care reserves the right to refuse service or stop work at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe for the horse, the handler, or the farrier.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Dynamic Farrier accepts cash and common digital payment methods. Returned checks or failed payments may be subject to a service fee.

Limitation of Liability

Pono Hoof Care is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss of use of a horse that arises from conditions unrelated to the farrier services provided. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered at the appointment in question.

Changes to These Terms

Pono Hoof Care reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
